Opening hours

09:00–19:00 CET/CEST, daily, March to November. Self-drive departures leave every 30 minutes through the day. From December to February we run by arrangement — send a message any time and you’ll hear back the next working morning.

When to expect a reply

Within the hour during working hours, on every channel. WhatsApp is usually fastest. Messages that arrive overnight are answered by 09:00 the next morning.

Where to find us

The upper cable-car station on Mount Srđ, next to the Panorama restaurant. Every self-drive departure starts and finishes here, on the summit directly above the Old Town. Two ways up:

• By cable car: the Dubrovnik cable car climbs from just outside the Old Town walls to the top station in 5–10 minutes — step off and you’re at the meeting point.
• By car or taxi: the Srđ road switchbacks up the inland flank of the ridge to the summit. Taxis and ride-hailing apps know it well.

Booked a private tour? Ignore all of the above — your guide picks you up at your hotel or apartment in Dubrovnik at the agreed time. There’s a map in the location section on the homepage, and more about the mountain itself on our Mount Srđ page.

What to include in your message

Three things get you a firm answer straight away:

• Your dates — even a rough window helps us check departures.
• Who’s coming — how many adults, and the ages of any children (kids ride as passengers from age 5).
• Self-drive or private — do you want the wheel, or a guide who drives while you watch the coast? Compare on the tours overview or the prices page.
